2011 Season

All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday except by special arrangement.

On receipt of your booking form and deposit of £150 we will send you a confirmation of booking detailing the balance which is due 6 weeks before arrival.

For bookings made 8 weeks or less before arrival the full amount is payable on booking.

Baggage and personal belongings are at the hirers risk at all times.

No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or its contents.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. Hirer contract shall be between the hirer and the property owner for which the booking is made and shall be deemed to be subject to these conditions.

2. On the issue of a confirmation of booking in accordance with the foregoing booking procedure, the hirer is responsible for the total advertised price as shown thereon.

3. In the event of cancellation, whilst every endeavour will be made to relet, refunds can only be made if this is achieved, and the later the date of cancellation the less likely this can be done.  Hirers are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover this risk.

4. The booking deposit cannot be refunded.

5. Hirers are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

6. The Farmhouse is normally available from 4 p.m. Saturday.  Visitors are  asked to vacate by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

7. Sorry – No dogs or pets.

8. No groups of young single people can be accepted.

9. Smoking is not  permitted  in the Farmhouse.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to satisfy insurance and legal requirements, sleeping accommodation is strictly limited to 6 (Baby excepted). Under no circumstances can extra guests be permitted to stay overnight.
